返信ありがとうございます。
日本での仕事で使うのでしばらく触っていませんでした。
昨日はじめて、エンジンをかけた時に動作しないことに気がつきました。
ですので切断作業は行っておりませんし、負担のかかるような使い方は一切しておりません。interlockを離しても所定の位置に戻らず、押し込まれたままになってしまいます。スプリングを交換すれば良いのでしょうか？

加えて、アイドリングを小さくする方法も教えて下さい。

I want to use it in Japan. so I haven't used this for several days.
It was the first time to use this yesterday. and I noticed it didn't work
when I started engine.
I've never shut it down. I've never use it by wrong way also.
Even if I release my finger from interlock, it didn't return to default
position. Should I change the spring?

In addition, could you tell me how to rurn idle down?

Since I use it for work in Japan and I haven't used it for a while.
It was just yeasterday that I found out it would not start when turned on its engine.
So, I did not proceed slitting operation and I didn't used the way it could be wear off.
Interlock would not retun when released and it remains pushed in.
Should I change its spring?

Also, kindly advise us how to decrease its idling.

Therefore I have not be able to even use it, not to mention with high load.
The button for Interlock doesn't work as I pushed it, it didn't come back.
Is there a problem of a spring inside?

And Can you tell me how to lowed the engine's RPM?
