日本郵便の説明ではエアバックベストにはガスボンベが付属しており、飛行機に載せることができないということです。

私たちはメーカーに問い合わせをしました。

ボンベのガスはCO2で引火性はないが、ただ運送規定上は危険物扱いなので飛行機で輸送することはできない、ということです。

方法としてはボンベを外してベストのみを送り、ボンベは現地の代理店で購入することができる、ということです

We asked the Maker.

The cylinder's gas emitts co2 and not flammable, but not sendable by air due to the Dangerous Goods Handling
on the shippment rules.

The way is to send the Best removing the Cylinder, and the Cylinder can be purchased in the loc agency.

以前に商品Aを購入したお客様から再注文を検討しているとの連絡がありました。
再注文にあたって、2点質問をいただきました。
(1)冷却用の水を流すホースを長くすることはできるのか？
(2)冷却用のホースのみをもう1本余計につけてもらうことはできるのか？
お客様はできれば冷却用のホースを直接水道からとってきて使いたいとのことでした。
もしも質問内容に対応できなくても購入の意思があるようです。

・飲み薬は一回分の量に分けてお持ち下さい。
・薬と与薬依頼書はクリアパックに入れスタッフに直接手渡しして下さい。
・与薬できるのは医師から処方された薬のみとなります。（市販薬は与薬できません。）

アドバイスお願いします。

I received ownner comments from the A's Company.

1.There are 2 parts which the sides between the cable diameter and cable ground doesn't fit together, for the Sensor box Cross line.
2. There are 3 short parts of cable length, for the Actuators' Cross line.

A's company asks for the supplement of 2 cable ground which goes with 5mm cable, and 1meter cable for the Actuator.

Please give me some Advice.
