パーツの不具合に関してですがAは特に製品毎に個体差があり手のパーツが抜けない等の意見が多いです
対処法としてはお湯につけたりドライヤーで温める等してパーツを柔らかくして動きをつけやすくするようです
この際温め過ぎてフィギュア本体を破損したり（特に細い部分が解けてしまったり塗装が剥げたりします）、また手のやけどには十分注意し自己責任においてやって下さい


これらのオーダーは段ボールに商品が入っていなかった言っています
もしこれが本当であれば梱包に問題があります
これは返金してもらえますか？

Regarding the defective parts, various individual difference is especially seen in A. So we often receive a lot of complaints such that the parts of the hand won't come off easily.
As a countermeasure, it works pretty much to warm A by putting it into hot water, or by blowing with a dryer in order to soften the parts to make it easily come off. In doing this., please pay extra attention not to damage the figure itself by too much heat (especially thin parts could be melted or the paint would be peeling off) or not to burn your hand. Please take full responsibility for your actions.

The customer told me that these orders were not packed in the cardboard box.
If this is true, then the packaging is problematic.
Can you please issue a full refund for this?

※①引き出しを全て出した際、本体と引き出しの裏面に画像の様な数字が書かれていました。
本体と、引き出し部分の紐づけ用の数字と思われますが、商品に直に書かない様に願います。

※①When the drawer is fully opened,, I found that the numbers shown in the picture were written on the backside of the body unit and the drawer.
I guess they were written in order to associate the drawer with the body unit, but please do not write such number directly on the surface of the parts of the item.

※②上記写真の様に取っ手を取り付けるネジが長いものと短いものがあります。
長いものだと図1の様に奥まで回しても隙間ができてしまい、しっかり固定されません。
図2は短いものですが隙間が無く、しっかり固定されています。
隙間ができず、しっかりと固定するよう全て統一願います。

※② As the picture above shows, some screws fixing the handle are long, while others are short.
If the screw is long, as the figure 1 shows, there is a gap between the handle and the screw even when the screw is screwed in deeply, so that the handle is not installed securely.
The figure 2 shows the case a short screw is used. The handle is installed securely.
Please make sure to install the handle securely without any gaps in all cases .
