It seems that other suppliers would accept the order only for the bags. In the case of back-order, I agree that the size balance would matter. But, would the size balance be really necessary in the case that I choose items among the exiting stocks? As the manufacturer would like to sell out their stocks, they are willing to sell items to us. As this particular order is an additional one, I don't think you need to be so sensitive to the manufacturer. The customer is not satisfied with modifying the order, but would like to negotiate with you directly. May I let the customer know your contact? If you can arrange the shipment immediately, I will ask the customer to modify his order.

二つのオーダーを一緒にメーカーから出荷したら、輸送費が削減されます。二つのオーダーを一つのお客さんのオーダーという事で、メーカーに問い合わせして頂けませんでしょうか。
このお店は、レディースのお店で大きいサイズを発注する事ができません。
他のお店は、大きいサイズを発注しているので、全体のサイズバランスは問題ないと思います。今月の売り上げが悪くて、今月中に商品代金の支払いができないそうです。遅延料として請求書の1%を請求する事ならば、来月3日以降の支払いでも宜しいでしょうか。

If the manufacturer can ship two orders together, then the transportation fee can be reduced. Can you please make an inquiry to the manufacturer if they can bundle two orders into one order from a customer?
This shop is specialized for ladies' products so they cannot place orders for large size of products.
Since other shops have placed orders for large size of items, I think the total size balance has no issues. I heard that their sales record this month is pretty bad, so they cannot make payment for the item price by the end of this month. If you charge 1% of the amount on the bill as a delay fee on us, may we make payment after the 3rd of the next month?
