Let me confirm something before I make payment.
The head of two dolls I order is totally same as the photo, aren't they?
Please prepare two dolls with totally same makeup, same material of eyelash etc, same size of eyes, and same rouge on the lip as the photo.
Please thoroughly check quality of the product whether its joints are tightly connected, and there are not any fault and damage.
I also hope you to care how to pack the product so that the doll will not get any damage during delivery.
Please be sure to repeatedly and relentlessly inform these things to the factory.
A green eye should be put in the half opened eye and a black eye should be put in additional one.
Please send photos and a movie of its face and body before you ship.
I really hope you to send me the perfect products.

返金に関しては以前、評価の低いバイヤーに
日本のプレミア商品が壊れていたと言われたことがあります

もちろん出荷前に商品の品質を確認済みです

その時に商品の返送を依頼したのですが、
法外な郵送金額を提示されました

結局、商品は送ってもらえずに返金しました

私は悲しかったです

なので今回もトラブル防止のために
返金対応は商品到着後にしたいと思います

Regarding paying back, a low rate buyer has once told me that one of the Japanese premium products I sent was broken.

Of course, I had checked the quality of the product before I shipped.

When I asked them to send back the product then, they claimed extraordinary expensive shipping cost.

After all, they did not ship the product and I had no choice but paying back to them.

I was so sad.

That's why, I will pay back only after I get the product returned in order to prevent any troubles.
