Do the 2 doll's head are exactly same as the picture? I would like the same makeup, materials (eyelashes etc), size of eyes, lipcolor, exactly same one.
Please inspect the articulation, scruches are should be checked.
Please wrap it to not get damaged by cruches during the shipping.
Please do not forget to tell the factory about that.
please send me some pictures and videos of its face and head before shipping.
I want a perfect one.

Please also conduct a thorough inspection in order to make sure that the body is free from any loosen joints, defects or scratches.
Furthermore, we would like the items to be securely packed in order to avoid any damage on impact in transit.
Please repeatedly ask the factory to ensure these without fail.
The head with eyes half open should be fitted with green eyes and the additional head with black eyes.
Before shipping, please send us a photo and a moving image of the head and the body.
We would like you to send us perfect items.
