「契約とは」

How's [the/your] [business/sales] [going/doing]?

「your」だとピンポイントでその人を指すので、「あなたもうかってまっか？」的なニュアンスに近くなるかも。
「the」だけの方がニュアンス的に近くなると思います。

「business」は「商売」全体を現しますが、「sales」だと「売り上げ」になるので内容が絞られます。

「going」や「doing」はくどくなるのでオプショナルです。
「going」は商売の進み具合、「doing」はそれによる結果を指すようなニュアンスになります。

結論的には、How's the business? が一番近いかと。

なんでやねん！

As if! （んなわけないだろ）
Why the fuxx!? （なんでだよ）
Whatta [heck, fuxx]!? （なんじゃそりゃ - fuxxは放送禁止用語です）

基本的に、関西風な「なんでやねん」というお手軽なツッコミ用語はないのでシチュエーションによって使い分けます。

俳句なんだと重いますが、英訳すると文法的に主語（ドラフトビール）が前に来てしまうい重複するので、原文の雰囲気は失われてしまいますね・・・。

直訳だとこうなりますが、これだとまだまだチェックはしておらず、これからチェック（実際に見てすら）おらず、これから１からチェックを始めるというニュアンスになるので、若干異なるかと。

Gotta watch out (for it)!

これだと「目が離せない」という意味なので、少しニュアンスが近付くかもしれませんが、普通に使うと「気をつけなくては」になってしまうのでシチュエーションによっては使えないかも知れません。

「チェック」という外来語をあえて強調するなら、僕は前者を使いますね。

[3] "pratical translation" という使いまわしを使うのか、ちょっと自信がありません・・・。"practical quality"は「実用的な品質」の直訳ですが、ニュアンス的には微妙ですね。"qality"だけだとただの「品質」になってしまい「実用的」が省かれニュアンスは変わってしまいますが、無難な訳ではあるかと。
