Today, financial institutions in the States has been disguised with the government endorsed accounting frauds that are using any kind of procedures. That debt will be disclosed in the day of closing account as a P/L (profits and liabilities) debts. Top executives of main financial institutions will get huge bonuses by funding according to the accounting frauds earlier and will bolt. What an arbitrary way he/she takes. Economic logic executives with absolute power should have is lacking.

Currently, financial results of the American financial institutions are window-dressed by government endorsed "accounting frauds", using every possible means. When the settlement date comes, it inevitably needs to be reflected as an actual loss in the P/L statement (loss calculation and cash-flow). Before that, the management of the major financial institutions will increase capital based on this "window-dressed results", receive a big bonus and cut out. They do anything for money. Those who have authority should have economic morality. But these days we don't see such a thing in them.

American financial markets are disguised by all measures of federal "accounting fraud" now. The loss will be forced to be unveiled as P/L (profit-and-loss statement and the cash flow ) on the settlement day which will come a few months later. The business managers of large banks will increase their stock based on the accounting fraud in advance, and bolt after receiving a big bonus. It's too cleaver by half. Economic theory of decision makers is missing.
