手配できた方から、飛行機の情報(便名、時間)、宿泊先(ホテル名と住所)、緊急連絡先(携帯電話番号)の情報を私宛に連絡いただけますでしょうか？
頂いた情報は来日中の緊急時に使用するものであり、他の用途には使用いたしません

We recently communicated about the group training in Japan, and we are requesting all of you to arrange your own hotel and transportation during the training period.
Once you have made your arrangements, could you please provide the following information to me: flight details (flight number, time), accommodation details (hotel name and address), and an emergency contact number (mobile phone number)?
The information received will only be used for emergencies during your stay in Japan, and will not be used for any other purposes.
