＄1049を支払いをしようとしたのですが、
変な小数点が出てきてしまいます。
100.49の次は1000.49になってしまい
＄1049と入力することができません。
49＄の支払いができないため、
貴社から私宛にPayPalの請求書を出して頂けませんか？

請求書を出して頂けたらそのまま送金できます。

I have tried to pay ＄1049 to your email account via PayPal, but strange decimals have appeared. I could not make it as ＄1049 because it became 1000.49 following 100.49.
As I cannot make a payment at ＄49, would you issue an invoice for the PayPal from you to me?
