そして、アマゾンの規約とポリシーを確認し、内容を理解した上でスタッフに教育を行いました。
私たちは同じ過ちを犯さないように、今回の内容をまとめたマニュアルを作成しました。
荷物がスペインに到着した際に、お客様に連絡をしていませんでした。その為、荷物が保留され続け、到着が遅れたり、日本へ返送される事態が発生しました
商品到着の遅延によって、お客様からネガティブな評価を数多くもらってしまいました。
今後は、Order Defect Rateの動向を常にチェックして、
