今後の改善策として、以下を確実に実行します

・現在の発送方法よりも、より早い発送方法に変更する
・素早く発送する為に、あらかじめ梱包した状態で在庫を置いておくこと
・発送する前には、不測の事態で荷物の到着に遅れが生じることもある、ということをお客様には予め了承してもらう
・追跡番号をつけ、お客様に随時、荷物の状況を報告する
