本日商品を受け取りましたが、
商品が全て油まみれでした。
1.この油は一体なんなのですか？
なんで油をぬってあるのか教えてください。
ベトベトで気分が悪いです。
洗っても完全には落ちないので困っています。
商品は美しいものでしたが、
なぜか油まみれで不快です。
2.以前注文した商品は届く気配がありませんが
いつ返金してもらえますか？

Hello, today I have received an item but all is wet with an oil or something.
1 What is the oil with it on earth? Could you tell me the reason to be with oil?
It is sticky and I feel weird.
I cannot wash it completely even if I wash my hands firmly.
The item is beautiful and my favourite but I am feeling bad because the item is covered with the oil.
2 I don't have any news for refunding even if I asked for the full refunding.
When can I get it refunded?
I am waiting for a reply to these issues.
