アマゾンのサスペンドは過去に何度か対応しました
今回の様な税金でサスペンドになったことはないが、商標権を持つメーカーから訴えられました
権利者から訴えられた場合、権利者の許しがないとサスペンドは解除されません
今回もHMRCの許しが必要です
すぐに解決できないと思うので２つHMRCに確認出来れば有難いです
１ 今の段階で監査が問題なければ許す意思がある
２ 監査が終了したらアマゾンへサスペンド解除依頼メールを送る
難しいとは思いますが以上となります

I responded to Amazon suspend many times in the past.
Although I have not experienced like this times tax suspend, it was claimed by a maker with brand name.
When accused by a righter, its suspension cannot be released unless with permission of righter.
This time too, I need HMRC's approval.
As I think it will solved soon, I am delighted to confirm the 2 HMRC.
1. At this stage, if there is no problem with inspection, they will let it do.
2. After the inspection is over, they will send Amazon suspension release applying mail.
They must be hard but that is all.

I've handled some cases of Amazon suspension in the past.
Although I've never handled this kind of suspension which was due to tax problem, but I was sued by the maker who holds the trademark rights.
If you're sued by the right holder, the suspension can't be released without the permission of the right holder.
In this case, you need the permission of HMRC.
Since I think this case can't be solved right away, I would appreciate if you could confirm these 2 things to HMRC:
1. Intention for giving permission at this step if there's no problem with the inspection
2. After inspection, they'll send send an e-mail to request Amazon suspension release
