アマゾンのサスペンドは過去に何度か対応しました
今回の様な税金でサスペンドになったことはないが、商標権を持つメーカーから訴えられました
権利者から訴えられた場合、権利者の許しがないとサスペンドは解除されません
今回もHMRCの許しが必要です

すぐに解決できないと思うので２つHMRCに確認出来れば有難いです

１　今の段階で監査が問題なければ許す意思がある
２　監査が終了したらアマゾンへサスペンド解除依頼メールを送る

I have dealt with the suspend of Amazon a couple of times.
There hasn't been the suspendfor me about the tax like this case, however, I have been sued by the manufacturers with trademark rights.
Sued by the beneficiary, the suspend will not release unless the beneficiary allows.
In this case, you need the allowance from HMRC.

I think it will take time to solve everything at onece so I would appreciate that you can make sure two things below to HMRC.

1. You have a will to allow if there are any problems with inspections
2. You will send the email to ask reliesing the suspend to Amazon after finishing the inspection

It should be difficult but that's all.
