週末は風邪のため家で寝ておりました。
夫婦ともに風邪でした。
健康が一番だと思いました。
最近は出来てませんが健康のためにジョギングを
再開しようと思います。

I thought that staying healthy is the most important.
I have not been able to do it recently, but I would restart jogging for my good health.

On weekend, we both were in sick in bed, we, wife and husband got a cold.
