私達はこんなに早く荷物が出荷されると思っていなかったです！
会議では日本への荷物は1/20頃到着すると話していたので私達はそれに向けて倉庫の準備をしていました。
しかし、まだその準備が整っていない為荷物を受け取れません。
もし日本に到着してから10日間無料で荷物を保管してもらえるなら、年内に支払いをする事ができます。

Receiving the parcel so soon was the least expected!
As I was told during the meeting it would be delivered to Japan around Jan 20, we were preparing for the warehouse along the schedule.
Nevertheless, since it is not done yet, we are not able to receive the parcel.
If you could keep the luggage for 10 days at no cost from the date of arrival in japan, we should be able to settle the payment by the end of the year.
