This is the old style which was used in 2015 but we use it now.
We revise the detail items depends on the situation and then, distribute it to each department and ask them to fill answer. Please be careful because this mentions the old number which we used before. B and C exist. B is for answer of D. C is for answer of E. If it is different from what you imaged, please let me know it.
Also, we are hearing the workplace opinions in addition to this job and considering the solution based on these opinions regarding F.
