As we thought, as followed, it was told that "up to June's ones cannot be accepted as it has over time of application."
"There are a few people who have not shown receipt at the time of the end of July. The following members cannot be handled even though they submit bills of the necessary period of time."

申請書および領収書の提出については6月・12月にまとめてでも構わないと言う事になったそうです、私の認識不足でした。失礼しました。
ただしその場合も領収書は月ごと（6枚）ご提出くださるようお願いします。また、もし期限を超過した場合は半年分が不支給となるリスクはご承知ください。

I am sorry I recognized wrongly.
