システムに残っていた履歴でわかったことですが
PayPalで10486エラーが出ていました。
10486のエラーコードの意味合いとしましては、以下になります。
・入力されたクレジットカード番号が正しくない
・購入者の入力した本人確認のための住所/電話番号などの情報がクレジットカードの登録情報と異なっている
・クレジットカードの利用額限度を超えている
・クレジットカードが何らかの原因で使用できない状況になっている

・the contact information of the purchase person such as an address or a phone number differs from the one registered on the credit card
・the person went over the credit limit on his credit card
・the credit card is currently not available for whatever reasons
