システムに残っていた履歴でわかったことですが
PayPalで10486エラーが出ていました。
10486のエラーコードの意味合いとしましては、以下になります。
・入力されたクレジットカード番号が正しくない
・購入者の入力した本人確認のための住所/電話番号などの情報がクレジットカードの登録情報と異なっている
・クレジットカードの利用額限度を超えている
・クレジットカードが何らかの原因で使用できない状況になっている
お手数ですが入力した番号が正しいか再度確認お願いします。

This is the thing that I figured out out of the history remaining in the system but there was 10486 error occurring on PayPal.
As for the meaning of the error code will be as below.
・the credit card number entered is wrong
・the contact information of the purchase person such as an address or a phone number differs from the one registered on the credit card
・the person went over the credit limit on his credit card
・the credit card is currently not available for whatever reasons
Kindly check out if the number you entered is correct.
