水漏れや、部品が入っていない問題で、事務所に７箱積まれていましたが、
場所が無くなってしまったので、ひとまず一旦、すべて処分しました。
部品さえあれば、捨てなくて済んだのですが・・・。
今日は、蓋にパッキンがなかったというクレームをうけ、返品がありました。
中国の工場との連携はうまく行っていますか？私に協力できることはないでしょうか？
来年は中国にたびたび行くことになるので工場を見てくることもできると思います。
マウスパッドはそちらのデザインのものでいいですが、全部同じ柄なのでしょうか？

Seven boxes were piled up in the office due to water leaks and problems with no parts. We have run out of space though, so I dismantled everything for the time being.
As long as there are parts, I did not throw anything away.
Today, I received a claim that the lid had no packing. They requested it to be returned.
Do you work well with the China factory? Do you think they can cooperate with me too?
I think I will go to China a lot next year, so I would like to be able to see the factory.
Mouse pads can be made of that design - do you want them to be all the same pattern?

Regarding the water leakage issue and the issue where there were no parts inside, even though there were 7boxes piled up in the office I threw them all once because there is no more space available.
I wouldn’t have thrown away if there were only the parts available.
Today, I got the product return with the complaint where there was no rubber seal on the lid.
Are you contacting with the China factory? Is there anything I could help?
I think I am able to take a look at the factory as I will be visiting China time to time next year.

There is a problem with water leakage and missing of necessary parts. We had seven boxes of them, but we do not have enough space for storing so we threw all of them away. If only we had necessary parts, we didn't have to do that.
