水漏れや、部品が入っていない問題で、事務所に７箱積まれていましたが、
場所が無くなってしまったので、ひとまず一旦、すべて処分しました。
部品さえあれば、捨てなくて済んだのですが・・・。
今日は、蓋にパッキンがなかったというクレームをうけ、返品がありました。

中国の工場との連携はうまく行っていますか？私に協力できることはないでしょうか？
来年は中国にたびたび行くことになるので工場を見てくることもできると思います。

マウスパッドはそちらのデザインのものでいいですが、全部同じ柄なのでしょうか？

Seven boxes were piled up in the office due to water leaks and problems with no parts. We have run out of space though, so I dismantled everything for the time being.
As long as there are parts, I did not throw anything away.
Today, I received a claim that the lid had no packing. They requested it to be returned.

Do you work well with the China factory? Do you think they can cooperate with me too?
I think I will go to China a lot next year, so I would like to be able to see the factory.

Mouse pads can be made of that design - do you want them to be all the same pattern?
