水漏れや、部品が入っていない問題で、事務所に７箱積まれていましたが、
場所が無くなってしまったので、ひとまず一旦、すべて処分しました。
部品さえあれば、捨てなくて済んだのですが・・・。
今日は、蓋にパッキンがなかったというクレームをうけ、返品がありました。

中国の工場との連携はうまく行っていますか？私に協力できることはないでしょうか？
来年は中国にたびたび行くことになるので工場を見てくることもできると思います。

マウスパッドはそちらのデザインのものでいいですが、全部同じ柄なのでしょうか？

There is a problem with water leakage and missing of necessary parts. We had seven boxes of them, but we do not have enough space for storing so we threw all of them away. If only we had necessary parts, we didn't have to do that.
We had a complaint today that the lid had no packing. They were returned to us.

Do you have a good relationship with the factory in China? Is there anything I can do?
I will go to China several times next year, so I can go and check the factory too I think.

The design of mousepad is fine, but would it be the same design for all?
