As I checked with FedEx in Japan, I was told that from Japan side they cannot arrange document sent from US to have it delivered by the driver. They told me that local sender needs to directly contact local FedEx and tell them that BOL must be brought in.
Therefore, will you contact local FedEx customer support from your side and directly send BOL to FedEx?
I confirmed it with Japanese FedEx, who said that they could not send the documents to the spot (in the United States) from Japan, and have the driver deliver it.
They also said that the local shipper should contact local FedEx directly, and tell that it was necessary to bring BOL with them.
Accordingly, would you please contact the local FedEx customer support, and send BOL direct from your company to FedEx?
