日本のFedExに確認したところ、日本側から現地(アメリカ)に書類を送付してドライバーに持参させるという対応は出来ないと言われました。
現地の荷送人から現地のFedExへ直接連絡いただき、BOL持参が必要な旨を現地のFedExへお伝えいただく必要があるとのことです。
つきましては、貴社から現地のFedExカスタマーサポートへご連絡していただき、直接貴社からFedExへBOLを送付していただけますか？

As I checked with FedEx in Japan, I was told that from Japan side they cannot arrange document sent from US to have it delivered by the driver. They told me that local sender needs to directly contact local FedEx and tell them that BOL must be brought in.
Therefore, will you contact local FedEx customer support from your side and directly send BOL to FedEx?

I confirmed it with Japanese FedEx, who said that they could not send the documents to the spot (in the United States) from Japan, and have the driver deliver it.
They also said that the local shipper should contact local FedEx directly, and tell that it was necessary to bring BOL with them.
Accordingly, would you please contact the local FedEx customer support, and send BOL direct from your company to FedEx?

According to them, you need to get the local concignor to contact the local FedEx directly and get them to tell the local FedEx that you need to bring BOL.
So, could you please contact the local FedEx customer support and send BOL to FedEx directly from your company?
