日本のFedExに確認したところ、日本側から現地(アメリカ)に書類を送付してドライバーに持参させるという対応は出来ないと言われました。
現地の荷送人から現地のFedExへ直接連絡いただき、BOL持参が必要な旨を現地のFedExへお伝えいただく必要があるとのことです。

つきましては、貴社から現地のFedExカスタマーサポートへご連絡していただき、直接貴社からFedExへBOLを送付していただけますか？

As I confirmed FedEx in Japan, they say they are not able to send the documents to the United States and get the driver bring them.
According to them, you need to get the local concignor to contact the local FedEx directly and get them to tell the local FedEx that you need to bring BOL.

So, could you please contact the local FedEx customer support and send BOL to FedEx directly from your company?
