先日上記アイテムを30個注文したらあなたは送料を19.95EURO*２の39.9EUROを請求した。このアイテムは1個0.75kgなので30個で22.5kgです。確かDHLは30kgまで1箱で発送できるはずです。何故1箱で発送できないのですか？ABUS GRANIT X-PLUS540230EaZyKFは1個1.7kgで14個注文したが、あなたは1箱の送料しか請求しなかった。こちらの方が重い。2箱分送料を請求されると私も利益が出ない。1箱で送付できる最大個数を教えて下さい。

Yesterday when I ordered above 30 pieces of items and you charged me 19.95EURO*２=39.9EURO as delivery fee. This item is 0.75kg per 1 piece and 22.5kg for 30 pieces.
I think DHL can deliver 30kg with 1 box. Why you cannot send me with 1 box?
For ABUS GRANIT X-PLUS540230EaZyKF, I ordered 14 pieces, 1.7kg per piece, and you charged me only 1 box fee. That time was heavier.
I cannot make a profit if you charge me 2 boxes fee. Please let me know the maximum number of item to send with 1 box.

When I ordered 30 units of the above items, you asked me €19.95 x 2, €39.9. As this item is 0.75kg per one item, 30 units are 22.5kg. As I remember, we can ship 1 box of 30kg by DHL. Why cannot you ship in 1 box? Although I ordered 14 units of 1.7kg per unit of ABUS GRANIT X- PLUSS40230EaZyKF, you only asked me shipping cost of 1 box.This one is heavier. If you ask me shipping cost of 2 boxes, I cannot have any profit. Please tell me how much can you ship by 1 box.

I understand DHL allows one package if weighs under 30kg. Why can't you send in one package? When I ordered 14 of ABUS GRANIT X-PLUS540230EaZyKF, which weighs 1.7kg each, you charged me for one package shipment. These last shipment weigh more than this present order. If you charge me for two separate packages, I will have no profit. Could you tell me what is the maximum number of units that you can put in one package?

When I ordered 30 numbers of the items above you charged me 39.9 EURO for postage which is 19.95EURO*2. This item weighs 0.75kg each so it will be 22.5kg when it’s 30 items.As long as I know, you can send DHL up to 30kg maximum in one box. Why are you not able to send in one box? As for ABUS GRANIT X-PLUS540230EaZyKF, one item weighs 1.7kg and I ordered 14 but you changed me only for postage of one box. This one is heavier.I am not going to benefit when I get charged for postage of two boxes. Please tell me the maximum numbers of the items that I can send within one box.
