これははためく翼が起こす風や、その風が水面に起こす小さな変化にも目を配ることができるか。ということを我々に問いかけている。このフレーズを脳裏に思い描いた時の色彩のコントラストの鮮やかさも相まって、強烈に印象に残り、一つの小さなものに没頭するときに常に全体像を見失わないようにという警句を僕に鳴らした。親は幼い頃から日本国内で多くの転勤を繰り返したため、頻繁に属するコミュニティが変化し、前後左右の人と短期間のうちに仲良くなり、子供ながらにコミュニティで生き残るための社交性を身につけた。
またディベートは僕の自我であるクリティカルシンキングの能力と表現力を僕にもたらし、読書は僕にどのような分野の問題にも対応できる知識、将棋の作法を通して日本文化の根幹に触れたことは、一期一会の中で礼節を尽くす大切さを教えられ、またあらゆる物理的現象の精神的側面に目が向くきっかけになった。

As my parents have transferred many times within Japan repeatedly since when I was a child, and the community I belong to had changed frequently. Therefore, I made friends with people all around in a short term, and I could learn the sociability to survive the community even I was a child.
In addition, debate provided me the ability and the expressiveness of critical thinking which is my ego and reading provided me the knowledge to deal with the problem in any field, knowing foundation of Japanese culture through the manners of Japanese chess taught me the importance of according my every courtesy at the special occasion and it became the trigger to glance across at the mental aspect of various physical phenomenon.
