こちらで検品した際にはファインダーは問題なかったと思いますが、修理代として＄50を返金させていただきたいと思いますがいかがでしょうか？取り外しは少しコツが必要でしたが力を入れなくても外れました。フラッシュの件ですが、フラッシュを装着してのテストは取り付け部品がないので行っておりません。
お客様の問題解決に尽力させていただきますのでよろしくお願いいたします。

It needs to get the hang of removing but it easily took off. Regarding the flash, I did not test with it as I don't have attachment parts.

When I inspected the item, the view finder was fine. I would like to issue a refund for $50 as a repair fee. How does it sound to you? It was a little tricky for me to remove it, but I could remove it without any extra power. Regarding the flash light, I have not tested the item with attaching the flash light because I do not have the attachment part.

Some skill was needed to take it off but it could be done without significant force. Regarding the flash, we do not conduct tests with flash attached as there are no parts for attaching it.
