こちらで検品した際にはファインダーは問題なかったと思いますが、修理代として＄50を返金させていただきたいと思いますがいかがでしょうか？取り外しは少しコツが必要でしたが力を入れなくても外れました。フラッシュの件ですが、フラッシュを装着してのテストは取り付け部品がないので行っておりません。
お客様の問題解決に尽力させていただきますのでよろしくお願いいたします。

Though I believe there was no problem with the finder when we inspected we would like to refund $50 to you. How do you feel our arrangement? Some skill was needed to take it off but it could be done without significant force. Regarding the flash, we do not conduct tests with flash attached as there are no parts for attaching it.
