I have not received the item which you shipped on September 7th. The tracking number is CP906568001PL.
However, I have already received the item, CP906568001PL, which was shipped on the same day.
As it has not arrived at Japan yet, can you please request an investigation for the current status of the item in your side?

The goods sent on September 7 with tracking number CP906568001PL has not arrived.
but the goods with tracking number CP906567995PL sent on the same day has arrived.
Because I have not arrived in Japan yet, could you please help to check the shipments?
