A クラスで使用している B メソッドは Linux 起動時の設定ファイルを読み込む時と
C API を使用する時の両方で呼ばれるようです。この B メソッド は設定ファイルを読み込む時
だけ呼ぶようにし，内容を hoge だけにしました。
C API 呼び出し時は今回新設したメソッドを使うようにしました。
この修正がスマートかどうかは分かりません。また，この修正にあたって作成したテストコードも適切ではないかもしれませんが
本問題を再現するには充分な内容だと思っています。

B method A class uses is called by both when reading the set file in starting Linux and in using C API.
We call this B method only when we read the set file, and set details only hoge.
We decided to use the new method set this time when we call C API.

The B method that used in A class seems to be designate both when reading the configuration file at Linux startup and when using the C API. This B method is just desinate when reading the configuration file, that file contents is just "hoge"
This time when i execute C API, i have tried a new method.
I don't know if this fixing smart or not. and at the same time of this fixing, i think the originated test code is not appropriate too, but I think the content is enough to return this problem.
