6/16に注文しました。注文コードAOB157が、WEBで確認すると配送完了になっていますが、商品の数が足りません。
3個発送完了のうち、2つは到着しましたが、1つが届いていません。
届いていない荷物はトラッキングナンバーが登録されていないので、出荷されていないのではありませんか?
商品代金はクレジットカードでチャージされているので、至急商品を発送してください。
商品が無く、発送が無理な場合は、届いていない使用品の差額を、私のカードに返金してください。

I ordered it on 16 June. The order number is AOB157 and its shipping has been completed on the web. However, the number of the items lacks.
2 of 3 shipped have arrived but one of them has not.
As the item not arriving has no tracking number. Has it really shipped?
As the amount money has been paid by credit card, please ship it quickly.
If you have it out of stock and it is impossible to ship, please issue me the deference into my credit card.

I placed my order on June 16th. The items with the order code AOB157 is indicated as "Delivered" on the WEB, some of the items are missing. Out of three "delivered" items, two have been delivered, but the rest one has not been delivered yet.
The item which has not been delivered does not have the tracking number. Can you please confirm whether it has been shipped or not?
As the amount of money of the item price has been already charged on the credit card, please ship the items as soon as possible.
If any item is out of stock and you cannot ship it, please issue a refund for the different amount of money of the undelivered items to my credit card.

I ordered the products on June 16th. The order code is AOB157, I checked the website and it said the products were already delivered, but I've not gotten all products yet. The website said 3 products were already delivered but I got 2 of them but I've not gotten 1yet. The tracking number of the product I've not gotten is not registered, so it might not be delivered.I paid the cost on credit card, so please deliver the product as soon as possible. If you don't have the product and can't deliver it to me, please pay me back the cost I already paid on my credit card. This is the product I've not gotten yet.
