I need to have more informations about what happens before the merchandise arrives in the warehouse, in case of returns.
I know that we are stopping with wholesale operations. But at the moment:
- Do you receive informations in advance about the items that we are going to receive in warehouse?
- which are the activities to do when we receive items from wholesale? (input data in Success etc..)
These are just question, maybe I will have more in future.
So do you think it will be possible to start to discuss about it in a short period?
