Among the packages that were sent from you today the metal tool box was deformed.
The tool (drain cleaner) inside the tool box clattered noisily due to a bump during transportation and it seemed that it hit the tool box and deformed it.
It seems like when you inspected the goods, you opened the tool box and checked the tool but why didn't you bring it back to the way it was before sending it? Why not properly restore it before sending it?
This item is very expensive and it's insured so I want you to guaranteed it. I have attached a picture so please check it. I have other pictures of it so if you need more I will send it.

It seems that the tool (a drain cleaner) moved lumberingly in the tool box due to the shock during transportation and hit the tool box so it was deformed.
I believe you opened the tool box and inspected the tools, but have you set everything back and send them to me? Didn't you send them to me without full attention?
As this item is expensive and is covered by insurance, I would like to take care of it very carefully. Please refer to the picture attached. I also have more picture, I will submit them if you need.

The metallic tool box sent in one of the packages I received from you today was deformed.
Apparently the tool (Drain Cleaner) inside the tool box was moved by the shock on the way to be transferred and it hit the tool box from inside.
When you opened the tool box to check the tool inside as inspection, did you put everything back in the way how it was before? Are you sure that you did not pay less attention and just sent it anyways?
This item is a high-priced item, and I also have the warranty insurance for this. So I'd hereby like to claim this warranty. Please check the pictures attached. I can send you some other pictures too, if necessary.
