まだAファイルについての仕様が分からず混乱しています
現在はIDや，TITLEの変更はAPIを使ってできないと認識しています
この場合は，hand-editするしかないのでしょうか？
hand-edit以外に手段はありますか？
AファイルはAPIを使って設定されることに限定しているわけではなく
通常はAPIを使って設定するが，APIでできないことはhand-editで対応するという認識で
正しいですか？
もちろんAPIとhand-editを同時に行わないという前提があることは理解しています

I am still confused because I cannot understand the specification of A file yet.
I recognize that I cannot modify ID or TITLE by API now.
