お買上げののアイテムGK-3BがD string ギターでは使えないとのことですが
マルチエフェクターはGR-20 GR-55 GR-00でしょうか？
エフェクターの説明書とおりにセッティングされたのなら
MIDI送受信チャンネルを確認してください。
ピックアップと弦との、すき間調整が１mmずれると音はなりませんよ
楽器店などでもう少し調整する事をお勧めします。
もしくはローランドのお客様相談センターを使って下さい。

Hello.
You told that the item which you bought, GK-3B, is not available with the D string guitar, but is the multi effector GR-20, GR-55 or GR-00?
If you already set up following the instruction document of the effector, please check the sending and receiving MIDI channel.
If the gap adjustment between the pick up and the string is shifted by 1mm, then the sound is not played any more.
I would highly recommend you to adjust it in the music instrument shop.
Or, please use Roland customer support center.

When you set as instruction of effector,
Please check the MIDI transceiver channel.
Even though you have only 1 mm adjustment deviated between pickup and strings, it does not make sounds.
I recommend to adjust a little bit more at musical instrument shop.
