お買上げののアイテムGK-3BがD string ギターでは使えないとのことですが
マルチエフェクターはGR-20　GR-55　GR-00でしょうか？
エフェクターの説明書とおりにセッティングされたのなら
MIDI送受信チャンネルを確認してください。

ピックアップと弦との、すき間調整が１mmずれると音はなりませんよ
楽器店などでもう少し調整する事をお勧めします。
もしくはローランドのお客様相談センターを使って下さい。

I have heard that the item GK-3B you bought could not be used by D string guitar.
Is the mulch effector GR-20, GR-55 or GR-00?
When you set as instruction of effector,
Please check the MIDI transceiver channel.

Even though you have only 1 mm adjustment deviated between pickup and strings, it does not make sounds.
I recommend to adjust a little bit more at musical instrument shop.
Or please contact to customer service of Roland.
