ERPの進め方について、NEC関係者から沢山の要望や問題提起が私の所に来ています。
その内容は、2月8日にお送りしたレポートと同じようなものですが、改めて整理すると以下の通りです。

・NECは、ERPの進め方について、料金を含め相談したいと昨年から要望していたが、
これまで何もSAPから回答がなかった。ところが、一方的にTerm Sheetが送られてきた。
・NECは、ERPを進めるといっても、従来の契約の拡張、或いは、延長線上のものという理解をしていた。

- Since last year NEC has requested to consult with the ERP implementation including prices, but has received no reply from SAP as of yet. However they sent a term sheet to NEC without its agreement.
- NEC had understood that their deal with ERP implementation was something as an expansion or extension of the traditional agreement.

・料金体系が、ユーザID数から組織数をベースにすることに変わっているが、その理由が分からない。
・Private Hostingを推薦しているが、その必要性が分からない。
・日常的にコンタクトがとれる日本の責任者がREVALにいない。

・ERPの進展に伴い、当面7社の利用が増加する予定だが、そのための実質的コストが増えるので
あればその増加分は支払う用意はある。

Regrettably, due to my lack of knowledge for cost and pricing structure of ERP, and Sales strategy for SAP, I can't show any further practical solution for this problem.
