As for the meeting held in New York, do you mean that we can select the time that is available for us among the hours listed below you suggested?
1. February 21st Tuesday 10:00 to 11:00 in the morning
2. February 21st Tuesday 13:30 to 14:30 in the afternoon
3. February 20th Monday 13:00 to 15:00 in the afternoon
4. February 20th Monday 17:00 to 18:00 in the afternoon
Our request is to have a meeting from 17:00 on 20th Monday in 4.
Those who visit our booth must register in advance.
We hate to ask you, but would you tell us number of people who visit our booth, official name of the company, name and position in advance?
Regarding the meeting in NY, isn't it right that we just choose one of the proposed time frames below at our convenience?

We prefer No.4, a meeting from 5pm Monday 20th.
