Regarding the meeting in NY, isn't it right that we just choose one of the proposed time frames below at our convenience?
1)2/21 Tuesday between 10am and 11am
2)2/21 Tuesday between 1:30pm and 2:30pm
3)2/20 Monday between 1pm and 3 pm
4)2/20 Monday between 5pm and 6 pm
We prefer No.4, a meeting from 5pm Monday 20th.
Pre-registration is required for visitors coming to our booth.
We am sorry to bother you, however could you let us know the number of possible visitors, the official name of your company, their names, their titles and such in advance?
