今しがた該当の郵便局宛てに電話をし
弊社宛の再配達を依頼済です。
今日～明日中に、弊社に届く見込みです。
お客様へ宛てた商品の再発送ですが
あいにく明日が祝日にて
郵便局が休業となりますため
明後日11/24の発送となります

With a tracking number that I used to check the status of a product, it is indeed being returned and kept at a post office.
I just called the post office to ask them to deliver it to our company again.
I expect it to be delivered today or tomorrow.
Regarding re-delivering your order, it will be shipped on November 24 because the post office will be closed tomorrow, which is a national holiday.
