2016年度上半期の総務部のIT関連経費の削減実績報告
前年上半期対比で、
1.ネットワーク通信回線費、サービスの見直しにより、32万円削減。
2.Web会議費、Skype for Businessに変更することにより、53万円削減。
3.ログ監視ツール費、 SkySEAから他のツールに変更することにより、17万円削減。
4.クラウドサービス月額利用料の支払い代行手数料、値下げ交渉をして10万円削減。
合計112万円の削減。
2016年度下半期も、IT関連経費の削減に努めてまいります。

Report on IT-related expenses reduction for the first half of 2016.
Compared to the first half of last year,
1. Network communication line expenses is reduced by ¥320,000 due to a revision in the service.
2. Expenses for web meetings reduced by ¥530,000 after switching to using Skype for Business.
3. Expenses for the log monitoring tool reduced by ¥170,000 after switching from using SkySEA to another tool.
4. Monthly fee for the cloud service reduced by ¥100,000 after we negotiate to reduce the price.
In total we were able to cut ¥1,120,000 of expenses.
We will endeavor to reduce the IT related expenses for the second half of 2016 as well.

This is a report of the General Affairs Department reducing the IC related expenses in the first half fiscal year of 2016.
In comparison to the same first half period of the previous year,
1. We succeeded in reducing 320,000 JPY by reconsidering the expenses for the network telecommunication lines and affiliated services.
2. We succeeded in reducing 530,000 JPY by making the expenses for online conferences to Skype for Business.
3. We succeeded in 170,000 JPY by switching to other tools from SkySEA in log monitoring expenses.
