先日知り合いの紹介でABCカメラと取引している卸会社の社長に会ってきました。
御社の商品を紹介しましたが、初期不良率が多いこと（現状5％ぐらいです。1％程度が取引の条件）、この商品の独占販売権を持っていないことを理由に断られました。連絡は引き続き取っていきますが、実店舗展開するにあたり初期不良率の改善と独占販売権はどうやら必要なようです。

When will the products ship out?
I met the executive president of the wholesale company which deal with ABC Camera by introducing an acquaintance.
I told about your products, but they rejected because there are high percentage of the initial failure (It is currently about 5 %. The business condition is around 1 %.) and we don't have the exclusive distribution right of this product. We will continue to communicate with them. The improvement of the initial failure rate and the exclusive distribution right would be necessary to develop brick-and-mortar shops.

I introduced your products to him but it was denied due to its high initial failure (currently about 5%, 1% is the condition ) and you have no exclusive selling right for this product.
We will keep in touch but it seems that you need to improve the initial failure and exclusive selling right to have an actual store.
