今回の研修の狙いは、研修での学びを職場の実践に繋げることです。
1日目の研修終了後もアクションプランを設け、
職場の課題に対して、一人ひとりの行動をコミットさせたいと思います。
特にマネジャーに対しては、次の研修までの宿題とさせたいです。
2日目の研修冒頭にアクションプランの実践状況を振り返り、
2日目の研修に繋げたいと考えています。

1) Regarding action plan
The objective of the training this time is to link what you learn in the training with the actual practice in your workplace.
