1）アクションプランについて
今回の研修の狙いは、研修での学びを職場の実践に繋げることです。

1日目の研修終了後もアクションプランを設け、
職場の課題に対して、一人ひとりの行動をコミットさせたいと思います。

特にマネジャーに対しては、次の研修までの宿題とさせたいです。

2日目の研修冒頭にアクションプランの実践状況を振り返り、
2日目の研修に繋げたいと考えています。

2）補足情報
1日目の研修冒頭に、社長が今回の研修の狙いを社員に語る時間を10分間設けたいと思います。

1) Regarding action plan
The objective of the training this time is to link what you learn in the training with the actual practice in your workplace.

After the training on the first day, we will also let the students set an action plan, and we would like to let them make a commitment of their own action against their problems in their workplace respectively.

Especially, for managers, we will assign the action plan to the managers as their homework whose due date is the next training.

In the beginning of the second day of the training, we review the status of the progress of the action plan, and we will start the training contents of the second day by using the conclusion of the review.

2) Additional Information
In the beginning of the first day, we will spare ten minutes for our president to make a speech to the students about the objective of the training this time.
