1）アクションプランについて
今回の研修の狙いは、研修での学びを職場の実践に繋げることです。

1日目の研修終了後もアクションプランを設け、
職場の課題に対して、一人ひとりの行動をコミットさせたいと思います。

特にマネジャーに対しては、次の研修までの宿題とさせたいです。

2日目の研修冒頭にアクションプランの実践状況を振り返り、
2日目の研修に繋げたいと考えています。

2）補足情報
1日目の研修冒頭に、社長が今回の研修の狙いを社員に語る時間を10分間設けたいと思います。

1)About the action plan
The target of this training, they can be connecting what they learned in the training to their working places.

After the Day-1 training, by set the action plan, I would like them to commit the action of each person.

Especially to the managers, I would like to give it as their homework.

In the beginning of the Day-2 of the training, I would like them to review the action plan, and I think I want to link it to the Day-2 training.

2)Additional information
In the beginning of the Day-1 training, I would like to set the opportunity that our president talks to the employees about the target of this training for 10 minutes.
