私たちは公的機関の博物館ですので、商業目的で図録の販売はしていません。
図録は300円で販売しますが、原価は280円程度で人件費を含めれば利益が出ることはありません。
もし、必要でしたら図録の見積書をお送りいたします。
ところで、もし利用の許可がいただけた場合、画像データはどのような方法でいただけるのでしょうか。

As I have filled the application form that you sent to me, I will send it back to you. I will send the original application form by mail later.
As we are museum which is an official organization, we do not sell catalog for commercial intent.
We sell the catalog for 300 yen, but the original cost price is about 280 yen. Therefore we will gain no profit if we consider the labor cost.
If you need the quotation for the catalog, I will make it and send it to you.
How are you going to send me the picture data if you give permission to use the picture, incidentally?
