9月以降の英会話教室の進め方について打ち合わせをしたいのですが8月23日に会社に来て頂くことは出来ますか。
所要時間は1時間程度を予定しています。

I would like to let you know about the English conversation class.
I would like to discuss how we should go through the English conversation class after September with you, but would it be possible for you to come to our office on August 23rd?
I expect the duration time of the meeting would be about one hour.
Based on the feedback of the attendees of the class last time, my boss and I have several suggestions. So I would appreciate if you can review the feedback.

We want to held meeting about the continuation of English class after September, can you come to our office on 23 August?
We planned for the duration of meeting is about an hour.

Could you come to the office on 23rd August to discuss how to carry classes forward from September.
One hour is estimated time.
