1、客が当店から購入した時計を現在持っています。客は使用した時計を必要なくなったからといい、私はリターンリクエストを受けましたが、我々は時計が中古品になるためリクエストを拒否しました。
2、買い手からA-to-ZClaimを受けました。我々は”所品の状態を確認させて”と買い手にメールをしてますが、一向に返信がありません。

1. At this point, the customer has the watch purchased from us. He said he did not need it any more and sent us a return request. However, as the watch is already used, we refused to accept the return.
2. We received an A-to-Z Claim from the customer. We, then, emailed him asking to show us the condition of the watch but until today, we haven't heard anything from him.
